  1. The first festival here was the Rothbury festival. Since then, this double jj resort has gone through a bankruptcy and another owner. We bought the paper from the bank and now own it. If you’d like to get away with love to have you here as our guest. I saw you perform at the Walker Arena in Muskegon Michigan. It was one of the greatest experiences in my life. We now own this resort . Madison house he is doing the electric forest festival here on June 22, 2017 . I’m an old man, 75 years old, and really appreciate your kind of music. Hoping you’re in good health.

  2. I’ll be seeing you on my 63rd birthday Saturday night in Kansas City!!! I only wish to meet you. I’ve always loved you, Willie!

  3. I am playing this CD right now, I love it !!! I have been listening to it over and over. I love your music, have all your Cd’s -albums , this one seems like it is your “goodby” album, makes me sad. I have seen you 3 times and loved every minute, you give a great concert. I am almost as old as you now and not able to get out much but so enjoy getting your latest CD’s from library now and it makes me happy. Love you Willie Irene

  4. I absolutely loved every this cd. Already have just about worn it out. I wish Willie would release an instrumental cd. I could listen to him and Trigger for hours. Love ya!

Mr. Willie, I just saw the WashPost interview. Very nice.

    You sang (I think),
    “Democracy dies in darkness
You gotta have light to see,”

and I’ll add, if you haven’t yet,
    “Where we’ve gone wrong,
    where we can go right,
And the difference between day and night”

I like that last line because some of these days I’m anxious that we’re going to lose track of the most basic things.

    Much respect to you.
